Description
We are currently seeking an IT Systems Analyst in our Information Technology department for
our Randolph, MA location. The candidate will be accountable for analyzing existing systems,
identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity,
and security. Key aspects of this position include System Analysis and Improvement,
Requirements Gathering, System Design and Implementation, Documentation, Collaboration,
and Testing.
The individual will work closely with our IT staff and department managers to maintain current
systems and develop new applications to meet our future business needs. The IT Systems
Analyst position is onsite in the office. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and
highly motivated.
Requirements
Responsibilities
. Investigate current systems, identify organizational and operational issues, and develop
innovative IT solutions.
. Meet with users of functional areas to discuss business needs and procedures.
. Troubleshoot server, software, and hardware issues.
. Support, maintain and develop enhancements for company applications.
. Manage multiple projects and daily tasks. Prioritize these effectively to balance meeting
deadlines and business requirements.
. Train users and create instruction manuals for new and improved systems.
. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including both hardware and software.
Qualifications
. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
. Experience as IT Systems Analyst, delivering IT solutions.
. Utilize Microsoft SQL Server for data extraction, transformation, and support for backend
development.
. Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, including strong judgement,
issues management and problem analysis techniques.
. Knowledgeable in distribution and manufacturing.
. Solutions may require coding, testing, or implementation of software applications.
. Experience in ERP software (JD Edwards).
. Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills
